A Letter To Our Customers Regarding Covid-19

To Our Valued Customers,

We appreciate your faith and loyalty to our business. This is a difficult time for our entire nation. Our business started in 1971 and since that time we have continued to grow and prosper. Of course, like any business, we have been faced with challenges over the years. Rest assured, we have learned from those challenges and are prepared to face this one. Our business is financially solid and we have continued to pay our employees throughout this shelter-in-place order. Our dedicated work force will be ready to return when we are given the go ahead by the State of Illinois.

The health and safety of you and your guests has always been our number one priority. When the shelter-in-place order is lifted, we plan to take many precautions. We have purchased non-contact thermometers for regular monitoring of employees and have purchased masks if they are necessary. We will also continue to clean and disinfect all areas daily.

Over these months, we have thoroughly cleaned, painted and redecorated many areas. We take great pride in keeping our facility in excellent condition at all times.

Our office is open and we are here to make your event the best it can be. Please be aware that our office hours have temporarily changed. We are now open from 1 p.m. – 7 p.m. and are closed on Tuesdays. Do not hesitate to call with any questions or concerns about changing your date. Please contact Steve Vargas, as he will be the one in charge of answering all of your questions that we can and addressing moving your date.
